Hello there, Sallye! Welcome to planDisney!
I bet you’re counting down to that upcoming Disney cruise! You’re going to love sailing as a Concierge Guest on board the Disney Dream! I’ve sailed on board the
Disney Dream as a Concierge Guest in a 1-Bedroom Suite also, and the entire experience was truly a memorable DREAM! (Pro tip, Sallye: that gorgeous bathroom is going to feel like a magical and relaxing sanctuary!) I would be happy to share the process for reserving your onboard activities as a Concierge Guest.
While every single guest of Captain Mickey receives the utmost
personalized service from Disney Cruise Line, one of the added benefits as a Concierge Guest is how this level of dedication is taken even further! From the moment you’re at home and still planning your cruise, your dedicated
Shoreside Concierge Services Team will handle all of your bookings.
As a Concierge Guest, you are eligible to
reserve your cruise activities 130 days prior to your sail date through your Shoreside Concierge Services Team, and 123 days online through your reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website and the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. You can find the exact date that you can make these reservations in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, which, as you’ve stated, may be October 8th.
As we approach the dates when you can reserve your cruise activities within the next few weeks, I expect your Shoreside Concierge Services Team will be reaching out very soon. If you would like to reserve a cabana at
Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, let them know you would like to reserve one, and they can do it for you. You can also reserve it yourself 123 days prior to your sail date on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or the Disney Cruise Line website under "My Plans". Since you have the earliest booking window for your sailing as a Concierge Guest, the chances of you snagging this very popular reservation are very much in your favor!
I also recommend that you think about any other activities you would like to reserve during your sailing, so that you can reserve them all at the same time. Some of the activities that I recommend you reserve as soon as your booking window opens are
adult dining reservations, especially Palo Brunch,
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations, and any
Port Adventures.
Sallye, I hope that I was able to clarify how to reserve a cabana as well as the other activities on your cruise. I wish you the DREAMiest memories ahead! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
You’ve Got a Friend in Me,
Rana
