Ahoy, Jermaine!
Eek! I’m excited for you to set sail on your Disney Cruise Line vacation. When my family boards, we like to eat lunch and then head to the pools for a refreshing dip or a spin around the ship on the
AquaDuck. What a great way to start your vacation!
I’ve stayed in a Concierge Suite on three of the Disney ships. The Concierge Team will do their best to ensure your vacation is extra magical. As a Concierge Guest, you’ll have priority access to experiences designed exclusively for children, adults, and families. You can submit your requests 130 days before your sailing. I usually get an email a week or so beforehand from Shoreside Concierge explaining what they can reserve. Besides Port Adventures, you can request a private Cabana on
Disney Castaway Cay, adult-exclusive dining reservations,
Senses Spa appointments,
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointments, beverage tastings, and rotational dining seating requests.
At this time, there is no special Concierge access to the AquaDuck. The early morning or evening is the best time to ride the water coaster. A Concierge perk I found very helpful was the early access to the
Walt Disney Theatre before the evening shows. Approximately 40 minutes before showtime, a member of the Concierge Team will escort you through an exclusive entrance to the theater to choose your seats before the doors open to the rest of the audience. Show your Key to the World card at Preludes for fresh, complimentary buttery popcorn–Yum!
Jermaine, the Concierge Lounge is a little slice of heaven! Snacks and small appetizers are served throughout the day. Complimentary alcohol is offered from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. You are welcome to enjoy your drink in the lounge or take it with you to dinner or up to the amazing private sun deck. You’ll receive a welcome letter once you board that outlines all the Concierge amenities.
Thank you for stopping by with your question. If there is anything else I can help you with, please don’t hesitate to ask.
SEAS the adventure!
