Are there any concerts in august at Epcot?, The site only lists groups playing up until end of July.We are going to the parks certain days Aug 9-14.or any other events at the other 3 parks?

    Hi Clem!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Your question is music to my ears! My family absolutely loves jamming out to concerts at EPCOT's year-round festivals. We especially enjoyed this year's EPCOT International Festival of the Arts DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert series because of its musical star-studded lineup.

At the moment, the only concert dates listed are for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which runs from March until early June. The Garden Rocks Concert Series will include talents like Daughtry, Smash Mouth, and (my favorite) the Commodores. I highly recommend adding this festival to your list to experience one day. The beautiful character topiaries alone are worth the trip.

Clem, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation dates put you right in the middle of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Last year, the Eat to the Beat Concert Series full lineup was announced in late June, so be on the lookout for that announcement around the same time this year. I recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog to be among the first to know. I'm personally wishing upon a star to see Boyz II Men again; they are regulars in this concert series. But, of course, the true star of this event are the culinary delights from around the world. The Canada food booth never disappoints (Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup for the win!).

AN EXTRA GEM: During your stay, if the dates are similar to last year's, Magic Kingdom Park's separately ticketed event Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party may be in its beginning weeks. This after-hours event is "Mickey hands-down" our favorite way to celebrate the holidays. From trick-or-treating around the theme park to special character meet-and-greet opportunities, you'll love this unique way to experience the magic.

Clem, if you have any further questions about your upcoming vacation, please don't hesitate to revisit us here at planDisney.

    Magic always,
