    I am concerned about my daughter (10) who has a severe nut allergy. At DL Paris she was only offered the same meal over and over despite having been assured it wasn't a problem before we went. What can I do to prevent this at DW? We are vegetarian too!

    Hello Christine,

     I'm sorry that you had that experience while on a Disney vacation!  Please don't worry about that happening at Walt Disney World.  Disney is exceptional at handling special dietary needs.  Each quick dining restaurant has an ingredient list for all of the foods they serve.  Please ask to see it, and don't hesitate to let a Castmember know your concerns.  They are there to help you.

    Also, if you are making advanced dining reservations, please let the person you are booking through know of the food allergies.  When you get to the restaurant let the Castmember checking you in know about the allergies also.  Most times the chef will come out to discuss the meal with you. 

    You can also email Disney's food experts at specialdiets@disneyworld.com.  Let them know your concerns in detail and they will help you by giving you more information and solutions.
