During every trip to Walt Disney World Resort, I like to take a moment to look around and take it all in. I love watching the smiles on my loved ones' faces, and their eyes light up as they see a favorite character or a Mickey-shaped snack; it truly is a place of dreams, and I'm thrilled you're ready for your adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Dayana, in my experience, complimentary tickets link the same way as regular
theme park tickets, and I hope that's the case with yours. It sounds like you have e-tickets, and there should be a confirmation number on each. Once you locate the ID number, let's link the tickets to your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Please follow these steps:
-Open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App -Tap on the three horizontal lines located at the bottom right
-Select
Tickets and Passes-Next, select the
+ sign in the upper right corner and then
Link Ticket-You should be able to enter the number to link your ticket here and follow the prompts to finalize the process.
Once your tickets are linked, you will want to make your
Theme Park Reservations. You can also do this using your My Disney Experience Mobile App! Here are the steps:
-Open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App-Tap on the
+ option towards the bottom middle of the screen
-Select
Make or Modify Park Reservations
-When the new screen loads, please choose the
Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations option
-It may have you sign in again and then load to a page where you will select
Book Park Reservation
-Here, you will be prompted to choose your party and then select
Continue-You will then be prompted to choose a date for your reservation and then
Continue-Next, you will choose the theme park
-Once you've agreed to the terms and confirmed your selection, you should be all set!
