Hi Kirk,
Welcome to planDisney! How exciting to know that you have theme park tickets!
First things first, make sure that you have
linked those tickets in
My Disney Experience. As long as they are linked, you should be able to see them in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. To view your tickets, open the mobile app. You should see three bars in the bottom right of the screen. Click on those three bars. From there, you should see an option for Tickets and Passes. Once you click on Tickets and Passes, you should be able to see all of your tickets linked in My Disney Experience.
As long as your theme park tickets are linked and still valid, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Check the
theme park availability calendar to make sure that the dates you plan to visit still have availability. And make those park pass reservations as soon as possible. If you have theme park tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option, be sure to review the Park Hopper details prior to your visit.
If you have not booked a resort hotel, I also suggest that you take a look at the options in the
Disney Resorts Collection. We love Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. They all have access to
Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation. And, you can walk to Magic Kingdom from Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Kirk, do not forget to make
advanced dining reservations at 60-days prior to your visit! Think about
matching shirts for your crew. And, keep planning. We cannot wait to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
