I have complimentary tickets that I see in my app and have reservations for the park for, however, I don't see a barcode on the bottom of the ticket so I can scan to enter the park. What do I scan to enter the park?

    Hi Stacey! Welcome to planDisney.

In a few short days, you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. During your visit, make sure to experience the two all-new nighttime spectaculars. Disney Enchantment will light-up Cinderella Castle to Main Street U.S.A with projections while filling the sky with fireworks at Magic Kingdom Park. At EPCOT, experience the moving celebration of multilingual Disney music, dancing water, and fireworks during Harmonious.

Great job in securing your Theme Park Ticket and Park Pass Reservation. For theme park entry, you have a few options. In the My Disney Experience Mobile App, I suggest you set up a Disney MagicMobile digital pass. This new service eliminates the need for physical tickets and saves time at the gate. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Disney MagicMobile" followed by the "+" sign. You will choose the guest name, style of the pass, and submit it. Afterward, you can add your pass to your digital wallet. If you set your MagicMobile pass to "Express Mode" you will not have to unlock your phone at the gate.

Alternatively, you can always use any active MagicBand or admission cards previously assigned to you. You can review those in "My Profile" under "MagicBands & Cards." And finally, feel free to stop by a ticket booth outside of all the theme parks with proof of your ticket and photo identification for a new ticket card. If your trip takes you to Disney Springs, make a quick stop at The Ticket Center for all ticket matters.

If you have an early arrival on Sunday, April 3, 2022, please note the runDisney The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ 10-miller will be in full swing. Many roads will be closed while runners log Magical Miles throughout the property. Please allow extra time to reach your destination.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
