Hi Flory and welcome to planDisney!
I'm sorry you're running into some difficulty linking your ticket to your account. Hopefully I can be of some help to get this sorted out for you. The first thing you'll want to do is log in to your
My Disney Experience account online and go to the "
Link Tickets" page. There are many samples of different ticket types that can be linked, so hopefully your ticket looks like one of those. You will enter the ticket ID number in the box and then select a Guest to attach it to.
You can also try to link your ticket using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Click on the three bars on the bottom right, then click on "Tickets and Passes" and then click on the plus sign (+) at the top right. There are a few different ways to link a ticket using the app, depending on the type of ticket you have.
If these are the steps you have already tried and your ticket still isn't linking, you will have to reach out to either the Online Chat (if it's available) or the
Existing Tickets phone number and a friendly Cast Member can help you link it. I see that you are visiting in just a few days, so you will need to do this as soon as possible.
Once you get your ticket linked, you will need to make a
theme park reservation for the park you would like to visit. With your date being so close, park availability may be limited. If your ticket is a park hopper, you can choose an initial park to spend the first half of your day in and then hop to the next park after 2:00 PM, subject to availability.
Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
