Ahoy there, Elinor. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. I’m delighted to see you’ll be heading on a Disney cruise next spring! I know Embarkation Day is still a while from now, but it’s not too early to start daydreaming about your upcoming vacation!
Compared to other mainstream cruise companies,
Disney Cruise Line is unique in that most non-alcoholic beverages available onboard are included in the price of your sailing. Freshly brewed coffee, tea, sodas, and juices are available throughout the day from
the buffet, from beverage stations on the
pool deck and in the main dining rooms. However, there are certain beverages that will incur additional costs such as if you order a soda, bottled water, juices, smoothies, or specialty coffee at one of the bars or lounges. Canned sodas or bottled water at the concession stands (outside the Walt Disney Theater, for example) will also cost extra.
You’re welcome to bring drinks from the beverage station at the pool deck or the buffet to a lounge. My family and I have filled up our reusable mugs with drinks from the buffet or pool deck and enjoyed them at trivia or an evening show.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Elinor. As you continue to plan your upcoming cruise, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again if you have more questions.
Hope to SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
