Welcome to
planDisney, Hollie!
Thanks for sending your question to us. How fantastic that you have a magical day to spend in the
Walt Disney World theme parks! Let's talk about scheduling that adventure.
Without knowing the details of the ticket Advent Heath provided you, contacting them directly with your question might be a good idea. There is one thing you can try first to see when your ticket is valid. Because this is not a
date-based ticket, it will probably require theme park reservations. Once you've linked the ticket to your My Disney Experience account, click
here and then find the blue button to "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations." On the next screen, tap the tile for "Guests with Tickets or Passes," and choose the complimentary ticket associated with your profile. You should now see a calendar and have an opportunity to select your theme park and date. Any dates that are blocked out will have a gray \ mark through them. If this doesn't work for you, or you can't reserve any dates, contact Advent Health for assistance. Best wishes for a smooth process!
I hope this is helpful, Hollie. As one of Mickey Mouse's closest neighbors, you're eligible for some really great
Florida Resident rates at
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Even when I just have one theme park day planned, I like to turn my visit into a vacation with a night or two at one of my favorite resorts.
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort,
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge are especially immersive and are my top staycation destinations. Please reach out if there is anything else we can do to help plan your enchanting escape! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and have a
bibbidi bobbidi beautiful day.
