Do you know what? The amazing interactions with and service provided by Cast Members is one of the reasons why my family continue to return to
Walt Disney World, year after year.
Whether it's a friendly wave as you're walking into a Theme Park, cheerful "Welcome home" as you enter your Disney Resort hotel, jolly "Good Morning" when boarding a mode of complimentary
Resort Transportation, or, receiving a random little piece of pixie dust, during your day, all of these things contribute to your overall experience at "The Most Magical Place On Earth". After many, many visits, believe me when I say that Cast Members truly are the magic!
Sending a Cast Compliment is a fantastic way to recognise how a Cast Member has made your visit even more memorable and when you submit a Cast Compliment, the Cast Member will receive a thank you note with your compliment. How cool is that?
The easiest way for you to send a Cast Compliment from here, in the UK, is as follows:-
1/ Open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
2/ Press the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen.
3/ Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cast Compliments.
You can then select the reason for wanting to send a compliment and the location of the Cast Member, which, in your case, would be Other and then Disney Planning Centers.
If you can include the first name of the Cast Member and the date of your interaction, this will be really helpful when trying to identify them.
