Completely new with everything Disney World! If we get the quick service dining can we use that ANYWHERE accepted at any given time or do we have to be in that certain park/area at the time or do we need park hopper to go to a specific quick service?

    Hi Stephanie,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to be planning your first Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I hope we can be a good resource for you as you plan your visit.

Disney Dining Plans are so convenient. I have used the Quick Service Dining Plan before and absolutely love the flexibility of the plan. You can use your Quick Service Dining Credits at any Quick-Service location in the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. For example, if you are visiting Magic Kingdom Park, you can use your credits at any of the Quick-Service locations there. You do have to have a valid park admission to enter a park in order to dine at one of its restaurants. For example, if you would like to have lunch at Satu'li Canteen in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park then you need to have a park admission you can use to enter the park.

There are excellent Quick-Service locations in each park. Just in case you need some suggestions I'll share some family favorites. Satu'li Canteen in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park is a "must-do" for us. When visiting Epcot we love the variety at Sunshine Seasons or hot, crispy fish and chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop. Of course at Disney's Hollywood Studios I suggest you head to a galaxy far, far away and try Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Finally, a longtime favorite is Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom Park. There are also wonderful dining options at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and Disney Springs.

Stephanie, thank you for visiting us with your questions! I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions or dining suggestions.
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
