Disneyland Paris. It looks like you may have had some trouble booking your tickets to the happiest place in Europe, so let's look at your options.
There are two main types of tickets you can purchase outside of a Hotel + Ticket Package:
dated and undated tickets. If you have booked dated tickets for the wrong dates, hakuna matata, it means no worries! These tickets can be cancelled without penalty up to three days before your arrival. To cancel them, head to the Disneyland Paris website, log in, then navigate to “My Bookings” and select the tickets you would like to cancel.
If you have booked an undated ticket, these cannot be refunded. However, they are valid for a whole year from the date of purchase and can be used on any date except 14th July, 31st October, or 31st December. You will need to make a park reservation, so if you have this type of ticket and are worried you have chosen the wrong date, simply head to the ticket
reservation system on the Disneyland Paris website to change the date of your visit.
