    Hello, I completed online check-in for our stay at Coronado Springs in October. We expect to arrive in the late afternoon. Should we stop in a the front desk when we arrive or do we just wait for a text to go straight to our room? Thanks

    Welcome back, Delilah!

    Before you know it, you will be arriving for a magical stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. I like to complete Online Resort Check-in to save time once I arrive at my Disney Resort hotel. Usually, you will get a text early in the day with your room number and approximate time it will be ready. Once you have that information, you can go directly to your Resort room. However, there are times when the system is down, and you may not get a text. If that is the case, you will need to stop by the Front Desk to get your room assignment information. It should only take a few minutes so you can be on your way to relax by one of the pools or head to a theme park for an evening of adventure. I hope this helps with your planning!
