    We completed the online check-in service & received an email stating we can skip the front desk since we already have our MagicBands. We will get a text with our room number. Wouldn't we need to obtain a parking permit for the parks ?

    Hi Scott!

    We took advantage of bypassing the front desk check-in during our last stay at Walt Disney World and it was very convenient and allowed us extra time to kick start our vacation.  You will receive your resort room number in a text and in email as well as a map of the resort so you can locate your room.  We received our parking pass at the guard gate when we arrived at the resort, so there is no need to stop by the front desk to obtain it.
