Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort too, and I cannot wait to jump into that dreamy pool and enjoy the tropical vibes around the resort!
Michael, I also completed my online check-in this week, and also could not complete any room requests on either the
My Disney Experience mobile app or desktop version. First, be sure your app is updated with the most recent version of My Disney Experience and then try again to see if you have any success. If that still doesn’t work, I recommend giving Walt Disney World Resort reservations a call at (407) 939-1936 to add your requests to your reservation – that’s what I ended up doing. What’s nice about that option is that the Cast Member you speak to can help you determine the best requests to make, given the construction going on at the resort. Our stay is more of a resort vacation, so it was important to me to be close to the feature pool, but if you’re planning to be using Disney Transportation to the theme parks, you may want to make your location request based on proximity to transportation or bus stop order. Based on the room category you booked and your preferences, the Cast Member you speak with can help you make your magical requests.
