Hi Kim,
Thank you for bringing this question to planDisney!
Well this definitely sounds like a ticket dilemma. First things first, check your theme park tickets in
My Disney Experience or the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. In My Disney Experience, once you login, click on My Plans, then scroll down and on the left-hand side, click on Tickets & Memory Maker. You should be able to see the number of ticket days. In the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Then click on Tickets and Passes. From there you should be able to see the number of ticket days.
One of my fellow panelists had a family member with this same dilemma. When they actually looked at the tickets in the mobile app, they realized that they had purchased 5-day tickets and the two free days were included. So, you may have a 5-day ticket which would explain why you cannot make additional park pass reservations. If you check the tickets and do have 7-day tickets,
contact a Cast Member. I was once unable to make park pass reservations even though we had Annual Passes and there was
park pass availability. A Cast Member was able to assist me over the phone.
In looking at your arrival date, I do hope you have considered making
advanced dining reservations. My family loves selecting our restaurants and reviewing the menus before we visit. Doing so also helps us budget for food because we can review the prices as well. If you prefer not to have too many advanced dining reservations, I do encourage you to use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Kim, I am sending a little extra pixie dust your way hoping you get your ticket issues resolved. If you find that you need to change your ticket days, I suggest you
speak with a Cast Member in Existing Tickets. We cannot wait to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
