Hiya Maria! Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm excited you are planning a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Maria, combining your park tickets with your
Disney Resorts hotel reservation is the smartest option when booking your stay. It makes modifying your plans much easier if needed at a later date. To add the Park Hopper Option to your existing ticket package, you will need to add it for your entire length of stay. You will not be able to add it for only one day of your park tickets.
Even if you only plan to utilize
Park Hopper tickets for one day, I suggest comparing the cost if you were to add it for all three. Surprisingly, the total cost is not much different than if you purchased a single-day ticket with the
Park Hopper Option. You may end up getting great value by adding it to your multi-day park ticket. This will also give you the option to park hop on each day of your trip if your plans allow for it.
Depending on when you plan to visit,
theme park reservations may not be required. Beginning January 9, 2024, date-based tickets will not need a park reservation to enter each day. Park Hopping rules will remain in effect for the foreseeable future, which means you will not be able to hop to the next park until 2 PM. One of my favorite park days includes beginning the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios and then hopping over to EPCOT in the afternoon. The Disney Skyliner will take you from entrance to entrance and only take a matter of minutes for transportation. You'll barely miss any time inside of the parks.
I hope you have a magical time during your stay, Maria!
