Just completed a dining reservation for 11 at the Chefs de France in March. The fine print says I need to cancel my reservation in the locations allotted cancellation period to keep from being charged. I just need to know what that cancellation period is

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marc!

Dining at Chefs de France in our France Pavilion in Epcot, is a novel choice where you will be immersed in a typical Parisian café to enjoy nouvelle cuisine. Restaurants such as this, that offer advance reservations charge a per-person cancellation fee if the reservations are cancelled after the designated time frame of 24 hours prior to your seating time. As well, the same policy applies for not showing up. The fee and cancellation policy may be independently enforced and is always subject to change, therefore, I recommend you contact our Disney Dining Team (407) 939-3463 for specifics closer to your scheduled arrival at Chefs de France.

You may modify or cancel your Disney Dining Reservations online with My Disney Experience, or you may contact the Disney Reservation Center via telephone during the hours of 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that, restaurants located within our 4 Theme Parks require valid Theme Park Admission.

Marc, have you heard about our pre-paid, inclusive Disney Dining Plans? You can easily modify your current Disney Resort hotel reservation by calling (407) 939-5277 to include a Disney Dining Plan of your choice to create the ultimate Disney vacation.

We hope this information is helpful, Marc and wish you many delicious Disney dishes and create many magical memories during our exciting Spring Festivities at Walt Disney World Resort!
