Royal greetings, Elizabeth!
A warm welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us a fantastic
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to hear you'll be enjoying an enchanting escape to The Most Magical Place on Earth
so very soon! I'd be honored to help your travel party prepare for a magical and memorable holiday.
Elizabeth, at the time of writing, unfortunately, Guests visiting from the U.K. are not eligible to pre-register for Disability Access Service (DAS) ahead of their visits. However, I'm happy to inform you that you should be able to register in person once you arrive at a Walt Disney World Resort theme park. Simply visit the friendly Cast Members at one of the
Guest Relations locations in the theme parks to initiate the registration process. Once your eligibility has been confirmed and the registration process is complete, you'll be able to select return times for popular attractions to accommodate the member(s) of your travel party who cannot tolerate extended wait times in a traditional standby queue.
I encourage you to check out the materials published by the Walt Disney World Resort to help
Guests with disabilities and their families prepare for their vacations, Elizabeth. If you have additional specific questions about your upcoming visit, you may always reach out to disability.services@disneyparks.com for more support. Rest assured that the Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort hope to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for
all Guests and many accommodations are available. If you have any more general questions about your upcoming holiday, you can always revisit us here at
planDisney as well. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Warm wishes,
Lauren
