Hi Jean, and welcome to planDisney!
How cool is it that you have complimentary theme park tickets from 1996!? My mother sang at the opening ceremony of
Magic Kingdom Park in 1971, but I'm pretty sure that she no longer has the book of tickets she was given for participating. I wish!
Jean, let's get this all sorted out for you. I just spoke to a friendly Cast Member, and it seems like you can look into the value of your tickets in a couple of ways:
1) Take a photo of the front and back of your unexpired ticket and
send it to the following email address: Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. Include your name and other information that you believe will be useful when looking into its value. It will take up to 14 business days for them to respond.
2) Visit a ticket window or
Guest Relations at any of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. The Cast Members there will be happy to help you with your inquiry.
AN EXTRA GEM: In order to experience the magic these days, you'll need park reservations for each theme park day. You can make these reservations using the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System online. Keep checking back if there is no theme park availability for the days that you'd like to visit; other Guests' plans change at any given moment.
When you arrive, you'll find that all four theme parks have so much for you to explore, Jean! You are going to have the most magical time. If you have any further questions, feel free to revisit us here at planDisney.
I'm all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
