Hiya, Jillianne!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for reaching out to us hEAR.
Hhmm. This one is a doozy, Jillianne. It's very possible that you might be able to enter the ID number located on your complementary ticket as-is even though it's a bit different than what the sample pass shows. (Mine is a Military family, and the specially priced Military tickets we can buy on base have four more digits than regular passes, but the system still accepts them. I wonder if this might be the case for you, too.) You could also try to scan the tickets' barcode from your
Disneyland Mobile App. To do this you'll open the app and click the icon on the bottom that looks like three stacked lines. From this new page click 'Tickets and Passes', which will take you to another page that at the top says 'Link Tickets & Passes.' From here you'll be able to either scan the ticket or manually enter the code.
If neither of those options works, call my friends at the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Helpline at (714) 781-4636. These super knowledgeable Cast Members will be able to assist as well as diagnose any issues! Be sure that you call as soon as you can so you'll be able to get your
Theme Park Admission Ticket loaded into your
My Disneyland Account so you can make your
Park Pass Reservation;
reservation dates do tend to fill up completely in the days and weeks before each Disney day, and I'd hate for you to finally figure out your ticket trouble to then be able to not go because of this.
I hope that this helped to clEAR your question up, Jillianne, and to squeeze in a fa-boo-lous
Halloween Time visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more
