Is there a compartment to put your phone on while riding tower of terror at Hollywood Studios?

Welcome Matthew to planDisney. No matter how often I try to check in at the Hollywood Tower Hotel, the elevator seems to go up and down, never stopping on any floor except the one in the basement. One day they will get that fixed until then I'll enjoy the thrill.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror elevator vehicle has no pockets or areas to store your items. If you do not tuck it safely away it will get left behind mid-air as you drop into the abyss only to reconnect with someone on your way back up. Here are some suggestions on where to put it. You can put it in your bag and secure your bag around your feet or ankle, put your phone into your pocket, sock, or tucked-in shirt, put it under your thigh or sit on it, hold it in your hand, have a friend hold it, or ask a fellow rider if they would put it in their bag.

Matthew, maybe the elevator doors will open to the floor with your room, otherwise, be prepared for a trip into the Twilight Zone. Please feel free to write me back directly with any follow-up questions or for more Disney vacation planning tips.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
