Hello, my company recently purchased 18 tickets for us to use on Wednesday, Mar 16. The tickets look generic and not date specific. How do i know if these tickets have already been linked with Mar 16 reservations?

Hello there, Jerome and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you for your patience and for consulting planDisney! How wonderful that your company was able to purchase Disneyland Resort theme park tickets, what a thoughtful gesture!

There are two ways to see if this particular theme park ticket is linked to your account or within a reservation date. The first is to log into your Disneyland Resort account and then on the right-hand side of the page look for and roll your cursor over My Disneyland. The dropdown will present you with a list for planning, please click on “Ticket and Reservation Details.” From there, if the ticket is linked it will appear, if not, you can attempt to link it by going back to My Disneyland and looking for the “Link Tickets” in the dropdown which will take you to a page where you will need to enter the ID Number associated with that ticket usually found on the back near the barcode.

If you use the Disneyland App, you will be able to link the ticket by either scanning the barcode or manually entering the ID Number. From the Home Page, tap the three short lines on the bottom right to enter the "Welcome Jerome" page, and from there look for the "Link Tickets" button.

The second alternative, especially since you are arriving very soon, is to contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for assistance, and during your call, please ask for direction with Theme Park Reservations. I am curious as to whether this ticket is a special kind of ticket that may already have a reservation set in place, which would be great - this is something to ask about.

During your visit, you will be able to participate in the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, how exciting this will be especially with Disney and celebrity chef demos and the wide variety of experiences with the Festival Marketplaces. I hope to one day try the Wine, Beer and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars myself.

Jerome, I wish you every success with your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket and a most enjoyable visit to the Disneyland Resort - thank you kindly!
