What company does Disney use to ship packages to your home from the resort?

Hi Jenn, and welcome to planDisney!

While on vacation, I have sent several packages home from resorts like Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! Having items shipped back home comes in handy when I cannot add additional items to my luggage (especially when I am almost at weight capacity - which happens a lot).

You can ship pre-packed, pre-labeled packages at the Front Desk or Concierge desk of most Walt Disney World Resort hotels, which means you will choose the carrier before sending your packages. I made contact and found out that a variety of carriers are used (from the US Post Office to UPS) when you visit one of the onsite Business Centers at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. When you arrive, just let the cast member know what you are shipping, and they will be able to assist with finding the best option for your needs.

We will be here to answer any additional questions you may have.

Have a magical Walt Disney World Resort experience!
