Hey there, Cheryl! Welcome to planDisney. I see you are SO very close to your visit to Disneyland Resort and I am so excited for you. I would be happy to walk you through the process to get your tickets linked to your account.
Since the Disneyland Resort reopening in 2021, not only do you need tickets for your visit you also need
theme park ticket reservations to enter the parks. I would be happy to provide instructions for both of these processes.
To link your tickets, head to the
Disneyland website and log in to your Disneyland account. Next, you will hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on "Link Tickets" in the dropdown. This will take you to a page where you will be able to input the ticket numbers you have to be linked to your account.
Once your tickets are linked, head back to the Disneyland home page, hover over "My Disneyland" again and this time click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". On this new page, you'll click on the blue "Make Park Reservations" graphic. On the next page, you can double-check to see if the tickets already have reservations under the "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations" headline. If you do not see reservations with your tickets there, scroll up slightly and click on "Book Theme Park Reservation". Now it will walk you through the steps by showing you the availability calendar with what parks are available each day. You would select your day and then your park and confirm these reservations.
After your tickets are linked and reservations are set, I suggest downloading the
Disneyland app to your phone. You will be able to log in to your Disneyland account and pull up your tickets to scan into the parks, check the interactive map to see wait times, dining options, entertainment options, and more.
Cheryl, thank you so much for stopping by planDisney. May your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort be magical in every way!
Carrie
