    I have 2 comp tickets from a past visit, but I can't reserve a date for them online. Will I be able to use them when I get to the park?

    Hello, Miriam!

    Because each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation, it will be imperative to get that sorted out. If you have found that the ticket will not link with your account during the process of booking a reservation online, you will want to reach out to a Cast Member on the Tickets phone line or via chat on the Disneyland mobile app. You can find out from the Cast Member the status of your tickets based on the ticket ID number. You may also visit a main entrance ticket booth. But please remember theme park reservations will still need to be available to book. So if you plan on visiting in person, it’s best to check the theme park reservation availability calendar first.

    I really hope you are able to get the status of your tickets verified so you can be on your way to visit the Disneyland Resort. That’s because things are looking brighter and brighter at the Disneyland Resort, especially with the return of nighttime entertainment options, including the Main Street Electrical Parade and World of Color!
