The good news is that there is no shortage of restaurants to enjoy. The bad news is that you're going to have to narrow down your choices and that's where the hard part comes in. With an extended trip and plenty of dining credits, I would suggest trying a little bit of everything, from character meals to signature restaurants to unique dining opportunities. Here are my favorites:
Hoop Dee Doo - This is *the* place to celebrate. Technically it's a dinner show, but my family thinks of it as one giant party complete with all the fried chicken and mashed 'taters you can eat!
Garden Grill at Epcot - This character dinner offers menu items grown right on site in Epcot's The Land. Not only that, but get ready for a meal unlike any other because the restaurant slowly rotates while you dine.
Jiko at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - This is a signature restaurant that offers menu items with an African flair. Not to worry, though, you're sure to find something familiar on the menu, served up with a twist. I've never had a bad meal at Jiko. Service is superb, too!
Sci-Fi Dine In at Hollywood Studios - Think drive in theater meets old-fashioned soda shop and you have a pretty good idea of what you'll find when you dine at Sci-Fi. Diners are seated in "cars" positioned in front of a giant movie screen that continually plays black and white, you guessed it, Sci-Fi movie clips. Their shakes are among the best!
