We are comming after Christmas '09. My boys will be 13 & 23months. Is the blizzard beach water park good for both those ages? Is there enough to do for my youngest?

    Hi Rachel,

This is a pretty common question!  I just visited Blizzard Beach with my four year old, and I can tell you that there is plenty to do for kids of all ages!  I will say that with this age difference, this park will be best experienced for your children if you have two adults - as there are only a few attractions that you will all be able to enjoy together.

By far the best place in the park for toddlers is Tike's Peak there are plenty of slides, fountains, pop jets and wading pool areas.  My son absolutely loved this area, and I appreciated the layout and accessability for adults to keep a close eye on their children.  Children must be 48" or under to take advantage of this area.

As long as your 13 year old is 48" tall, the rest of the park will be at his disposal to enjoy!  This is why having a second adult is helpful, because I'm guessing that once your toddler sees Tike's Peak, he won't want to leave!

Life jackets are available, free of charge and they have a full range of sizes available.

    Have a great trip!
