We are coming with our 5 yr old daughter in October! Which resort hotel is the best for us. I am torn between the Poly, Contempory or Wilderness. We are looking for a nice room with convenance and quiet and be able to see the fireworks from our resort.

Hi Karen,

Normally I would suggest you book a stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge because it is the most affordable of the three resorts you mentioned, it is a gorgeous and wonderfully themed resort, and it is just minutes from the Magic Kingdom. However, it does not afford great views of the fireworks above Cinderella Castle. Therefore, I'm going to recommend that you book a room with a theme park view at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Then you will enjoy having monorail access to the Magic Kingdom and have the chance to watch the nightly fireworks from your own balcony. It doesn't get much more magical than that!
