    Hi we are coming to wow in feb, we'd like to take our 3 yr old to a character breakfast in a Disney hotel she loves Winnie the pooh and Mickey and Minnie can you tell me which character breakfast or dinners we can do without paying the park enterance fee

    Hi Louise!

    The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom is the only restaurant I'm aware of at Walt Disney World that features Winnie the Pooh.

    As for Mickey and Minnie, you can find one, the other, or both at the following resorts:

    Mickey
    Ohana Breakfast at Polynesian (also featuring Lilo, Stitch, and Pluto)

    Minnie
    Cape May Cafe at Beach Club (also featuring Goofy and Donald)

    Mickey and Minnie
    Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary (also featuring Goofy, Donald, and Pluto)
