    We are coming in on 12/5. Will it be worth it to go to MK that evening(5pm-ish) or will the parade taping still be going on? I just want to see Wishes on the first night & my boys (15,8,7&7) love Spectromagic! Thanks for the help!

    Hi Glory,

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  The taping of the Christmas Parade at the Magic Kingdom happens over the course of a few days, so you can expect that there still could be staging and other things present on Main Street when you arrive on Saturday.

    There is a new adventure offered called the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage, I did this with my son back in September and it was incredible!  It could be a new and exciting way to kick off your vacation.  Watching Wishes from the Seven Seas Lagoon is simply amazing.  It is extremely calm and quiet out there, yet the music is crystal clear on-board the boat.  There are plenty of snacks and lots of good laughs for your entire family.  I highly recommend it, there is no better way to experience Wishes in my opinion!  Currently rates are $54 for adults and $34 per child.  Reservations can be made by calling 407-939-7529
