    DH and I coming 9/15/2011-9/20/2011. wondering if crowds at that time have decreased? also what does the temperature average at that time of year?

    Hi Kristin! September is a wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World! Florida weather in September is still quite summer-like, but attendance in the parks is much lower than in is in the summer. Temperatures average in the low 90s during the day and the low 70s at night. Because most children return to school in September, the crowd levels in the parks are generally quite low. I like to consult the Crowd Calendar on the unofficial website, www.TouringPlans.com for attendance predictions. The Crowd Calendar estimates attendance levels on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being maximum crowds. According to this Crowd Calendar, attendance levels in late September are only 1 or 2, so you should be able to experience lots of attractions with minimal waiting!
