Hi Jennifer!
Traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort the week after Thanksgiving is one of my favorite weeks of the year to visit! I have found that typically the crowds seem to thin out a bit and all of the holiday happenings are in full swing!
One of the newer and in my opinion exciting dining options is the Minnie’s Holiday Dine at
Hollywood & Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Minnie is the host of this special holiday dinner party. We left this experience ready to deck the halls and were filled with joy! Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy and even Goofy may be on hand to help you enjoy all of the holiday merriment. There is unique décor, music, and even some special holiday menu items! If you plan it just right you may even be able to secure a
Fantasmic! dining package so that after your scrumptious meal you can skip the line and enjoy priority seating at this dreamy show. Dining Reservations can be made starting 180 days prior to your arrival date.
Lastly another tradition that my family really enjoys is the Candlelight Processional. This is a magnificent retelling of the story of Christmas. There is a celebrity narrator, stunning choir, and talented instrument section. Each year this special event leaves me with tears in my eyes! This also can be paired with a dining package and we love to dine at Nine Dragons Restaurant or Le Cellier Steakhouse at Epcot. Please note that dates for this have not yet been announced but keep watching the Disney Parks Blog for more information!
I hope that you have a fabulous time experiencing all of that Holiday magic! Please stop back real soon with any other questions that you may have!
