We are coming the week after Thanksgiving and are planning to go to MVMCP. I'd like to surprise my sisters and niece with a special shirt to wear. Would it be cold enough for a Disney Christmas sweater? Or should I get Christmas tshirts? Thanks muc

Hi Charlene! I'm so excited for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World. Is there anything better than seeing the Parks dressed up in all of their holiday finery? You will absolutely love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and being surrounded by all the sights and sounds of the season. So much fun!

Although it's difficult to know for sure what the weather will be like in the Orlando area the week after Thanksgiving, the average temperatures for that time of year range anywhere from a low of 59 degrees to a high of 79. To be on the safe side, I might suggest you go wit t-shirts and have everyone bring a jacket along, as well. You could even purchase special t-shirts and sweaters if you'd like. Just keep in mind that Florida weather can often be unpredictable and there's always a chance of an unseasonable heat wave or cold snap. Coming prepared for both is probably the best thing to do.

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Mom's Panel today! We are here to help so please let us help you with any other questions you might have. Have a wonderful day and a magical Disney trip!
