We are coming there to WDW,on Feb,18-25,2011, I want to know that if we stay in the Silver lake resort, could we ride a bus, train to the parks? and the next question is, there any fireworks,in that week?

Hey Peaches - love your name, that was my nickname when I was little! I'm not familiar with the transportation options from Silver Lake Resort, so your best bet would be to call them directly to ask since it's not a Disney resort.

For fireworks schedules, you can check on the calendar pages for each park at Just click on the park of your choice and look for the calendar tab. Then you can select February and check daily schedules by clicking on each day of your visit. Here's the one for the Magic Kingdom to get you started. You'll also find a "Times Guide" at the front of each park along with the guide maps and that will list the most up-to-date schedule for parades, shows and fireworks.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
