I am coming to WDW 11/22-11/28 or 11/29 with my 7 year old son. I cannot decide on 6 nights or 7 nights, what do you recommend? Also, will it be warm enough to swim in the resort pools?

    Hi Anna,

If you can budget for 7 nights and it fits into your schedule, I would definitely opt for the additional night. You'll need approximately 2 days in the Magic Kingdom, 2 days for Epcot, 1 day for Hollywood Studios and 1 day for the Animal Kingdom. Those are minimums! We often need more than a single day in Hollywood Studios in order to see all the shows that we enjoy. And the beauty of the Animal Kingdom park draws us back for repeat visits during a single week!

Yes, it will be warm enough to swim. Pools are heated year-round to 82 degrees. Look for highs around 78 and lows around 57. It can be chilly in the mornings and evenings but afternoons are typically very pleasant! Look for the warmest part of the day to be from approximately Noon until 3:00 p.m. Plan to return to your resort for a mid-day swim!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
