We are coming to WDW with 4 year old daughter in Oct 2010. Our 180 day ADR mark is April 6th. We have not booked our actual vacation package yet, waiting to see what deals will come out for our trip days. Can we still make ADR?

    Hi Molly,

Yes!  You can still make Dining Reservations even though you have not booked your resort.  However, you can only make reservations 180 days out.  You won't have that +10 day window that you get as a resort guest.  In other words, on April 6th, you'll only be able to make reservations for the first day of your vacation.  You'll need to call back each day to make dining plans for the remaining days of your trip.  Does that make sense?

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
