Hi. We are coming to WDW from the UK. We need to collect our annual pass before checking into our resort Art of Animation as we need it to claim our AP discount at check in. Can we collect the pass from guest services at ESPN if not can you advice more.Thx

Hi Leila, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm happy to tell you that you can activate your Annual Pass at any Theme Park ticket window or at Disney Springs Guest Relations. This might be a great opportunity to visit Disney Springs before check-in for a delicious meal as you wait for your room to get ready at the amazing Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

Disney Springs Guest Relations is located in Town Center, at a short walk to the left from the Lime Garage. You can combine your Annual Pass activation with a delicious meal at one of the best restaurants at Disney Springs, Frontera Cocina, as they are literally in front of each other. The food is fresh, vibrant and the place is perfect to rest after a long flight from the United Kingdom.

If you prefer to activate it and then go back to your hotel for check in, the best option is to go to Disney's Hollywood Studios and do it at the ticket window. You can arrive at Disney's Art of Animation, request a Minnie Van through the Lyft App to take you to the Theme Park entrance and then request another Minnie Van back once you Pass is active.

If you ever need any more help or advice before your trip, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are here for you!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
