Coming 2 WDW 4 1st trip in Sept We usually go 2 Disneyland every yr 4 the last 10 yrs so my ? is about Park Hopping how difficult is it 2 do @ WDW? After seeing how far apart the parks r I realize how lucky we r that the 2 Ca prks r across frm each other

    Hi Adrienne!

I think that you will absolutely fall in love with Walt Disney World!  However, I agree that you are probably spoiled by the close proximity of the parks and resorts in Disneyland.  Disneyland has a much more intimate feel to it and getting around just about anywhere is quite simple.  I'm so glad that you realize that this isn't the case at Disney World and are still willing to give it a shot!!!

Park Hopping is a way of life for us at Disney World.  We are so accustomed to hopping on buses,  that we don't even think twice about it!  The transportation system at Disney World is amazing and will take you anywhere that you need to go.  I highly, highly recommend checking out the website Ourlaughingplace.com and using its Travel Wizard.  This handy gizmo will compute the quickest route to anywhere on Disney property - it is fantastic!!!

If you have any questions at all while you are at Disney World, please don't hesitate to ask a Cast Member.  I hope that you enjoy your magical trip and come visit again and again!

    Much pixie dust,
