    We are coming to WDW in 10/12. Can you tell me when the Monorail starts and ends running for the day? And does it run early when the MK has EMH's ?

    Hi Judy:

    The Resort monorail serving the Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Magic Kingdom, and Ticket Transportation Center, generally begins running at 7:00 a.m. and usually adjusts only if needed for morning Extra Magic Hours.  For the time being, operating hours for the monorail system have been modified to operate until one hour after regular Park closing and will not run into evening Extra Magic Hours. Alternate transportation has been set up to return Guests to monorail Resorts after the monorail stops running during evening Extra Magic Hours.
