Hey, Lisa!
I am so glad you stopped back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your June 2016 tip to the place "where dreams come true" can only be made better by good, allergen safe "
eats".
Walt Disney World Resort goes to fantastic lengths to make sure their Guests have dining options to satisfy any age prince or princess. We regularly need special dining accommodations and find working with the chefs, easy and enjoyable. At Quick-Service restaurants, please speak with the Cast Member taking your order about your egg allergy issues. They will give you a menu showing you available choices.
Most dining locations will have options for the following food allergies:
Gluten or wheat
Lactose or milk
Peanuts and tree nuts
Shellfish
Soy
Fish
Eggs
Corn
For all restaurant locations, including most food carts, ask for an
allergy-friendly menu to help choose a safe food. Check out this website, http://touringplans.com/walt-disney-world/dining/menus, for a comprehensive list of published menus both standard and allergy-sensitive. Selections do change from time to time at all restaurants so I would wait till you arrive to see the current selections. We are hoping that allergy menus are soon published on the website so Guests may have easier access to this information before arriving.
Disney Dad Tip: We always bring in special diet appropriate snacks for our family just in case the special diet selection is not what we currently want.
Lisa, enjoy making many delicious and Magical Memories.
