    We are coming to WDW in September 2012 with our 4 year old daughter. Will I be able to purchase a stroller at the Caribbean Beach shop or will I have to go to Downtown Disney? Just weighing up the options of buying one there or bringing our own from home

    Hi Lynn! I am one who likes to travel with as little baggage as possible.  I suggest you consider purchasing one of the Disney umbrella strollers when you arrive. They are not costly and are about $55. They have a nice cover for the sunny times during the day and are easy to fold up when getting on buses. You can purchase them at the resort shops and if by chance they are out on the day you check in they will have them for sale at the parks so you can do that on the first visit.  I have bought one in the past and then just left it at the resort saying they should use for future guests if someone needed it.

    You can also use one of the local rental companies such as orlandostrollerrental.com.  They offer a large variety of types and prices and will drop off and pick up from your resort.  Just remember to not get too fancy as you won't need that and the larger you get the harder it is to handle and fold up for the Disney transportation.
