We are coming to WDW in September. We are staying at a moderate resort and was wondering which one would be best for out party. We are 4 adults and 4 kids 15, 11, 8, and 4.

The rooms at Port Orleans French Quarter were recently renovated, Dena.  Perhaps your party would appreciate the queen sized beds offered there.  Port Orleans French Quarter also boasts a compact space, meaning your party doesn't have to walk as far to get from point A to point B.  Many guests really enjoy the mardi gras feel that abounds there.  Personally, the fresh-from-the-oven beignets served in the resort's food court are enough to sway me. I'd suggest giving it a try!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
