Coming to WDW in Sept, trying to decide if MNSSHP is worth it for the cost? Kids are 7 and 3, and it will be a late night, just not sure if we should go or not.

    Hi Shelly,

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is very near and dear to my heart.  I think it's the best special event that Disney offers, and that's saying a lot.

My children have been going since they were 7 and 3 years old and they look forward to it every year.  They are now 10 and 13 and are already making plans.  It's such a fun event!  Adults and children are welcome to attend in costume and trick or treat.  It's so much fun to see what costumes people come up with!  I've seen families dresses as pirates, The Incredibles, and ghosts (just to name a few).

It is a late night, but it's so special!  Especially when you see the Headless Horseman take his nighttime ride at high speed through the parade route!

I really hope you consider going, just the pictures you're going to get of your children with the characters in their Halloween costumes is worth it!

I hope you have a magical trip!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
