    We are coming to WDW on 2./16/2013. Since restaraunts have til 12/31/2012 to finalize 2013 DP, we will not have time to me our DP decision. How do we work with this time constraint?

    Hi Liana!

    Unfortunately that has happened year after year in recent years.  The best solution, but not ideal, is to make dining reservations based on the best information at the time and then adjust your plans later if necessary.  The alternative idea is to assume that the "missing' restaurants will join the Disney Dining Plan by the end of the year; if you go this route, I would use the list of restaurants from this year's Dining Plan.  Just keep in mind that a particular restaurant might decide to not participate in 2013. 

    A good resource is the Disney Food Blog.  It is an independent site but does a great job keeping up to date on changes in the Disney Dining Plan.  You can also find reviews, information on how to make the most of the Dining Plan, etc on the website.
