    We are coming to WDW Resort in Nov 2013. If we utilize the family & freinds discount from a cast member to apply to our room rate. Then in Nov an offer comes out for a free meal plan during our stay can we apply both discounts towards our trip?

    It's not likely, Samantha.  In the past, Disney has stipulated that free dining promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.  Of course, we can't say for sure until the promotion is released (if it is released), but I would not plan on being able to combine the two discounts.  I'm sorry to have the be the bearer of bad news, but I hope your trip is magical nonetheless.
