    Hi! Coming to WDW in Oct with wife and 4 kids (10,9,6,4). Older two kids have been once before but first trip for the younger two. My ?: stay about 5 days at a deluxe res. or spend about the same amount of $ but stay longer a a mod. res. Thanks in advance

    Hi Mike!
    That's a tough question. This depends on what's more important to your family: deluxe accommodations with less play time or moderate (and just as great) accommodations with more play time. I love staying at Deluxe Resorts at the Walt Disney World Resort but given the choice to play a bit longer, I would definitely choose a Moderate Resort. First visits are always special and exciting so it's seems like a good idea to extend the magic for a few more days. Plus it's a great opportunity for your older kids to experience new things. I'm a big fan of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, but Disney's Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter resorts are also great choices.
