We will be coming to WDW in Oct with our son (7) who has Down syndrome. He has mobility issues and standing in line and getting on some rides will not be easy. I've heard of a pass you can get a Guest Relations to help with this. Can you let me know.

Hi Christine!  Definitely check with the Guest Services at each park before starting your day.  They will advise and assist you so you will have the best experience possible. This might include a Guest Service pass allowing you to enter attractions at another point or by-passing some lines. Each case is looked at individually and they will offer recommendations for your visit.

Before you head to Disney be sure and review all the information about traveling with anyone with a disability of any kind. Please click HERE. This information will prove helpful to know beforehand and make your trip just a little easier.  The Disney cast will do all they can so your son and you will have the vacation of a lifetime!  The important thing is to relax and not stress out and ask for help at any time.
