    We will be coming to WDW Oct 2-Oct 10. Can you tell me if there will be any marathons while we're there and if my 17 year old son will be able to participate in any Thank you!

    Hi Judy!  October is a great time to come to Disney World!  The crowds are low and the weather is nice!
    I am not sure how flexible your dates are, but your trip is just missing a brand new runDisney race called the "Tower of Terror Ten-Miler".  It is a night-time race that will be followed by the Disney Villains Hollywood Bash after party.  I think it is going to be a lot of fun.  It will be held on Saturday night, September 29.  The minimum age for the 10-miler is 12. 
    If you go to the runDisney website, they have all of the races for the year and the dates are listed.  I hope that you find one that will fit in your schedule.  RunDisney races are the best!
